Gabriel Coy is Vice President and General Counsel of Twenty Four Seven Hotels Corporation.  He has over 23 years of legal and business experience.  Before joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, he ran his own firm, Coy Law Firm.  For 7 years immediately prior to forming the Coy Law Firm, he served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for a large wireless retail agent and a real estate development company.  While in-house, he oversaw a wide variety of legal matters from overseeing human resources for over 800 employees to taking the lead on the negotiation and documentation of several multi-million dollar real estate purchase and financing transactions.

Before that Mr. Coy spent 13 years as a business and employment litigator for a few large international law firms and boutique firms in Los Angeles and Orange County.  During that time he tried, arbitrated, mediated and settled dozens of cases for individuals and companies of all sizes.

Because of his business experience, Mr. Coy understands the needs of businesses for efficient and cost-effective solutions.  He has the special ability to communicate complex issues efficiently and understandably to busy professionals.

He is a graduate of the Northwestern University Pritzger School of Law and the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated with a BA in English Magna Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
